This beautiful and cozy apartment is located in the most secure district of Rio de Janeiro, in Urca, directly at the beachfront and is available for holiday rental and long term rental.

In contrast to Copacabana and Ipanema it is a very quite and romatic area. Who is searching for recreation, it is the right place. Nevertheless the flat is only a 5 minutes walk distant to the  main shopping street of Urca, Rua Mal Cantuária, with bakeries, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 

The apartment has one bedroom. The second bedroom was converted into an office. This office has a sofa.

ACs are in all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.  

The apartment accomodates up to 3 guests, but not 3 adults , only max 2 adults and 1 child.
